About This Place

Casa Mexico is a vibrant Mexican restaurant located in the heart of Tullahoma, TN, specializing in authentic Tex-Mex cuisine that truly captures the soulful spirit of traditional Mexican flavors. From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed into a warm, festive atmosphere that balances casual comfort with a lively, colorful ambiance—perfect for everything from celebratory dinners to casual lunches.

The star of the menu at Casa Mexico is its commitment to fresh, custom-made dishes that delight the senses. Whether you’re savoring the robust, smoky flavors of their Molcajete or indulging in the perfectly spiced Shrimp Fajitas, each bite bursts with vibrant ingredients and authentic tastes. The variety is impressive: hearty options like the Baja Burrito and the savory Mexi-Tacos with Carne Asada satisfy carnivores, while vegetarians will be enchanted by dishes such as the 21 Vegetarian Plate, Veggie Quesadilla, and the wonderfully cheesy Spinach Enchiladas.

Casa Mexico’s lunch specials, like the Hot & Spicy Burrito Lunch Special or the Enchiladas Suizas Lunch Special topped with a spicy jalapeño sauce, offer great value without any compromise on flavor or quality. For those who love combination dinners, their thoughtfully curated plates—such as the Chile Relleno, Taco, and Enchilada pairing—deliver a satisfying array of tastes and textures in one memorable meal.

To complement the food, their drink menu shines with favorites like the refreshingly sweet Mango Margaritas and the tropical Bahama Mama. And don’t miss out on their iconic desserts, especially the indulgent Deep-Fried Ice Cream, which offers the perfect contrast of creamy sweetness and crunchy exterior.

What truly sets Casa Mexico apart—beyond the authentic, robust flavors—is their attentive and welcoming service. According to visitors like Angela Branscum, who celebrated a birthday there, the staff go the extra mile to make each guest feel special, highlighting the attentive nature of their servers and the quality of freshly made chips and salsa that are “over the top.” Similarly, diners consistently praise the prompt service, generous portions, and reasonably priced meals that make every visit a delightful experience.

Maribeth Lewis-Baker expresses a sentiment shared by many regional food lovers, noting that Casa Mexico's genuine Tex-Mex cooking is unmatched in Southern Middle Tennessee—a refreshing change from the diluted offerings often found elsewhere. This authenticity is evident not only in the quality of the food but in the homemade guacamole and salsa that brim with fresh, robust flavors rather than being overly processed.

Whether you’re planning a family meal, a casual night out, or a special occasion, Casa Mexico invites you to enjoy the true taste of Mexico with dishes crafted from heartfelt tradition and high-quality ingredients. It’s a dining experience that satisfies hunger and warms the soul, making every visit a reason to come back again and again.

I've eaten at this restaurant a couple times in the past couple months or so and have had no problems at all. My gf, her son, and I ate here the past week. She and I both got the enchiladas suizas, and we both really enjoyed them. Her son got the chicken tenders, and he's sometimes really iffy when he eats chicken, and he actually ate these and enjoyed them. The food also came out quickly, and the waitress was nice. So it's safe to say we will be going back to this restaurant in the future if we are in the area and want some good Mexican food.

Absolutely the best Tex Mex food in all of Southern Middle Tennessee. We drive up from Winchester and past so many other Mexican food restaurants because the quality of the food is so great. If you are from out west, then you know what is really Tex Mex and Casa Mexico is wonderful . So many other Mexican restaurants around here puree their Guac and salsa -- not Casa Mexico! They have real salsa, with cilantro, home made hot sauces, and guacamole worthy of the chips at Casa Mexico. Their beef, chicken, and grilled shrimp are real flavorful. My favorite lately has been their Fajita Baked Potato bowl.

We went here for a nice meal on a rainy day just like today, and on my way in while my wife was complementing the golf girl in her goth clothing, clearly derivative from hot topic the store once remembered upon children of the 90s fondly which is no longer the same. Now they sell Pokémon and silly hats that clap their hands when you squeeze little bubbles, and upon hearing the complementary things, my wife bestowed upon said God, a child punched me right in the chest. His child had the strength of 100 men Compacted into one little baby fist that hit me square center in the heart it hurts so bad and the child looked me dead in the eye and I said nothing. It still hurts every time I drive by the queso was very good. Five stars out of five.
